You'll have access to your custom digital planner, an intuitive tool for managing and collaborating with us on every task.




We start with pivotal decisions like venue selection, as it sets the backdrop of your day, and our team curates a selection of vendors plus a personalised timeline.

We handle all vendor communications to secure the very best services and quotes - handling all of the back and forth and updating you only when everything is perfectly in place.

Step one
After reviewing your wedding study and selecting your preferred options, you'll be directed to the contract page. To start your journey with us, please sign the contract.

Step two
An initial payment of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your date. This can be made via bank transfer or credit card (note: credit card payments incur commission fees). Your date will be confirmed once the payment is received.

Step three
With your signed contract, the planning phase officially begins! You’ll receive an email with our exclusive Welcome Guide and a brief questionnaire to provide us with insight into both your style and vision.

Step four
Soon after we receive your completed questionnaire, you'll gain access to your bespoke planning platform. This user-friendly tool will be your companion throughout the planning process, enabling you to track every step at your desired speed.
